Hi! I am currently staying in Singapore. There tends to be stress and anxiety that comes along with living in a fast-paced society. Stress and anxiety forms a normal part of life. However, for some people, the level of anxiety that they experience might exceed their limits of mental and bodily tolerances. This situation can lead to the breakdown in both mental and bodily functions.
I am curious to explore more about the different types of anxieties that a person can experience and the various ways to handle these mental agonies before they get out of control. Prevention is better than cure. Even if one finds himself to be in a rut, there are ways to get out of therut.
